Ellerton is a delightful small boutique hotel that was originally a tea planter’s bungalow 100 years ago. It is located some 45mins from Kandy at being 2,400ft up, the climate is superb – there are also stunning views of the mountains around about! The accommodation is in 3 areas – Main House, the Valley House, which looks onto the fantastic infinity pool and the self-contained Garden Rooms. The hotel is styled so that it feels as though you are staying in someone’s home rather than a hotel so feels very comfortable.
