This was originally the home of the former Sri Lankan cricketer, Romesh Kaluwitharana, and been beautifully converted into a small boutique hotel. All the rooms are extremely comfortably furnished and have views out over the gardens - these total about 5 acres and border the Walawe River. Being only 15 minutes from the entrance to Ude Walawe National Park, this is a perfect stay after doing a game drive into Ude Walawe National Park.
